Returns and refunds

If it's not love at first cuddle, send it back. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any item, no long story required.

How it works

1. Email us at jaystitt11526@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Once the item arrives back to us, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

The conditions, kept simple

• Items should come back unwashed and in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is our fault (wrong item, damaged item, or a mistake on our end). Then we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong color, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund right away, and you will not need to ship anything back.

Bundle orders

If you return part of a bundle order, the bundle discount is recalculated on what you keep and we refund the difference.
